Appointment Process
Are you able to remove junk while I’m not home?
Yes, we are able to remove your junk if you’re not home. As long as we are able to remove the items from the location without trouble, it is no problem. However a payment method will be required over-the-phone.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
All you have to do to cancel or reschedule your appointment is call us! We have a 24/7 Customer Service Team to answer phone calls, answer questions, etc. Feel free to call us at 704-681-1598
When do I expect the team to arrive?
One of our team members will give you a call 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Details will be confirmed on the phone & any changes needed will be made!

What items No Time To “WASTE” Junk Removal take?
We take the hassle out of decluttering. Our services cover everything from hauling away old furniture and appliances to clearing out garages, attics, and basements. You tell us & we will WASTE no time getting it out! View the complete list of ALL items we take here.
What items does No Time To “WASTE” not take?
Due to local regulations in the landfills, we are unable to take any dangerous, toxic, or hazardous chemicals. A few items we do NOT accept are listed below:
- Chemicals + Solvents
- Storage & Oil Drums
- Oil Containers
- Waste Storage Tanks
Do No Time To “WASTE” take large/bulky items?
Of course we do! Large items are common within Junk Removal. As long as the item is able to be lifted & loaded into the truck by our team, we’ll be more than happy to take it for you! It may also be broken down to make it easier to be removed from the requested area.
What is done with my junk when removed?
The goal is to make Charlotte a greener place. In order to stay true to this, we try our best to minimize what is dropped off at the landfill & recycle what we can!
Operations
Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation run from 7 Days a Week. Hours start from 7 AM – 7 PM everyday. We also have a 24/7 Customer Service Team to answer calls & any questions that you may have.
Do you serve my area?
No Time To “WASTE” serves Charlotte, NC & surrounding counties. We take junk from Charlotte, Monroe, Mecklenburg County, Union County. If you are not in one of these areas, feel free to still give us a call & arraignments can be made!
How Pricing Works
Can you give me a quote over-the-phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to give you a price over-the-phone as we need to see in-person how much space your junk will take up in our truck. What we are able to do is give you an ‘ESTIMATE PRICE RANGE’ for singular items only, but the final price won’t be able to be determined until we visit in-person to see how much room it takes.
Should I leave a tip?
Tips are not expected by team but they definitely do appreciate them! You are not obligated in any way to give a tip. All tips are given directly to Team Members. If you feel the Team did an amazing job, feel free to tip what you feel is deserved!
What payment methods are accepted?
Within the company, we only accept cash payments & credit cards. The payment is only accepted after the job has been completed.
What does it mean to have a “non-obligation estimate”
In order for us to give you an exact price, we need to come out in person to see how much room your junk will actually take. We only take the job if you are comfortable & are happy the price. If you choose not to proceed with the process, you tell us & we’ll move along on our way!
